Ingredients
Food supplement containing L-Tryptophan, chelated Magnesium (bisglycinate), Vitamin D3, Vitamin B2, Niacin and Melatonin.
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, i.e. it is not produced endogenously and thus needs to be integrated in the diet. It represents on average only 1 % of the amino acids taken, so its concentration in the blood can often be insufficient. It is the sole precursor for the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood, and subsequently of melatonin, the hormone produced by the pineal gland, whose action is essential during the various stages of sleep, especially during the REM (Rapid Eyes Movement) stages. Some people may have low levels of these two metabolites as a result of a reduced intake of L-Tryptophan.
Fisioreve® Tens brings a high dosage of bioavailable Magnesium which has no gastroenteric side effects (e.g. diarrhoea or slight indigestion) thanks to the special formulation of the mineral salt that is chelated.
Magnesium plays a crucial role during muscular relaxation: an excessive and prolonged contraction may give rise to conditions such as night cramps, contractures and muscle fatigue in general.
Vitamin D and Magnesium contribute to normal muscle performance.
Magnesium, Niacin and Vitamin B2 contribute to a healthy nervous system, to a normal energy metabolism and also reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Melatonin is an essential hormone for its action during sleep, especially during the REM stages, namely those that characterise the oneiric phases. It is produced by the pineal gland, deriving from the amino acid L-tryptophan.
Melatonin reduces the time required to drift off. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Take 1 sachet a day, dissolved in a glass of water.
Fisioreve® Tens can be taken also by people who are gluten intolerant or sensitive.

No cases of addiction have been reported in connection with product usage.
