Food supplement containing Melatonin, with Chamomile and Lemon Balm.
Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland, whose action is essential during the various stages of sleep, especially during the REM (Rapid Eyes Movement) stages. Melatonin reduces the time required to drift off* and is useful to reduce jet lag symptoms**.
Thanks to Chamomile and Lemon Balm extracts, it contributes to relaxation in a physiological and natural way, favouring the process of falling asleep.
* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Take Fisioreve® Gocce as is or dissolved in a little water or warm milk.
To promote sleep or to solve the problem of waking at night, take Fisioreve® Gocce at the dosage that is best suited to your needs. 4 drops correspond to 1 mg of melatonin.
