Fisioreve® Junior

Fisioreve^® Junior brings a high dosage of bioavailable magnesium. The special formulation of the mineral salt, which is in a chelated form, means that it can be easily absorbed and thus does not cause the typical undesired gastrointestinal effects of other forms of assumption.

Magnesium plays a crucial role during muscular relaxation: an excessive and prolonged contraction may give rise to conditions such as cramps, contractures and muscle fatigue in general.

L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, i.e. it is not produced endogenously and thus needs to be integrated in the diet; in addition, it represents on average only 1% of the amino acids taken, so its concentration can often be insufficient. It is the sole precursor for the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood, and of Melatonin, the hormone produced by the pineal gland, whose action is essential during the various stages of sleep, especially during the REM (Rapid Eyes Movement) stages. Some people may have low levels of these two metabolites as a result of a reduced intake of L-Tryptophan.

Vitamin D and Magnesium contribute to normal muscle performance. Magnesium, Niacin and Vitamin B2 contribute to a healthy nervous system, to normal energy metabolism and also reduce tiredness and fatigue.
