Zinc and Vitamin C contribute to a healthy immune system. Vitamin C also reduces tiredness and fatigue. Royal Jelly is a secretion of the glands in the hypopharynx of young nurse bees and is used as the noble source of nourishment for larvae (up to 3 days of age) and the queen bee. It is rich in carbohydrates, lipids and proteins, which are the main macronutrients involved in energy metabolism. B Vitamins contribute to a normal energy metabolism. The formula is completed by two semi-essential amino acids, which can thus be synthesized directly by the human body, which need to be adequately supplemented in the diet in given conditions: L-Glutamine and L-Arginine. In particular, the latter is considered essential for children’s growth.
