Inositol can be found in many foods. Inositol is a primary component of cell membranes, where it acts as a mediator in specific cell signalling and regulation processes. Bromelain is an enzyme derived from the stem of Pineapples (Ananas comosus), a plant known for the beneficial action of its extracts on microcirculation. Resveratrol is a polyphenol extracted from Polygonum cuspidatum, a plant known for its antioxidant properties and for being able to regulate the cardiovascular function. Magnesium, Vitamin C and Vitamin B₆ reduce tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium and Vitamin D also contribute to healthy muscle performance.

Magnesium also promotes electrolyte balance, which can be affected in case of excessive sweating or so-called “hot flushes”. Vitamin D, instead, favours normal absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus and is important for maintaining healthy bones and teeth.
