Alpha-Lipoic Acid (Thioctic Acid) is an important enzyme cofactor in the Krebs cycle, the metabolic process used by cells to produce ATP, namely the molecule that is primarily involved in the body’s energy metabolism.
MIGRATENS^® brings a high dosage of Magnesium bisglycinate; this organic form of magnesium facilitates its absorption, reducing to a minimum the typical gastrointestinal problems of other forms of magnesium supplements. Magnesium and Vitamin D contribute to healthy muscle performance.
Magnesium, along with Niacin and Vitamin B₂ (riboflavin), contribute to a healthy nervous system and also reduce tiredness and fatigue.
L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, i.e. it is not produced endogenously and thus needs to be integrated in the diet; in addition, it represents on average only 1% of the amino acids taken, so its concentration in the blood can often be insufficient. L-Tryptophan is the sole precursor for the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood, and of Melatonin.
The formula is completed by Coenzyme Q10 or ubiquinone, a molecule that is mainly present in the inner mitochondrial membrane, where it plays an important role in the electron transport chain, the cellular process that powers ATP synthase.

Take 2 sachets of MIGRATENS^®  a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Dissolve the contents in a glass of water. The two daily sachets should be taken approximately 10 hours apart.
MIGRATENS^® can be taken also by people who are gluten or lactose intolerant or sensitive.

It is best to talk to your doctor before using the product. In rare cases, lipoic acid can cause hypoglycaemia.
